License Types: Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs) – MMTCs are vertically integrated and are the only form of cannabis business in Florida. MMTC’s must perform all activities including 1. Cultivation 2. Processing 3. Dispensing. MMTCs are precluded from selling to each other except in emergencies.
Annual Renewal Fee: $1.33MM – new Licensees are not charged in their first year
Application Fees: $146,000 – recently increased from $60K. Expected to be increased further after the State’s 2023 licensing round.
