Since 1991, David has administered thousands of real estate transactions on properties aggregating in excess of one billion dollars in market value; either as a principal, lender, trustee, attorney, and/or broker. David is highly skilled in due diligence, legal research, and custom drafting of contracts for complex transactions. David has a special ability to translate creative concepts and elaborate strategies into written agreements that are easy for all parties to understand and implement.
Commencing in 2011 as legal counsel for the innovator of G-Pen (the first international celebrity-branded vape pen); and continuing thereafter in a variety of successful cannabis and hemp projects in both California and Nevada; David is ideally positioned to deliver professional broker services at the intersection of real estate and cannabis/hemp.
David graduated Cum Laude from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and dual majors in Finance and Marketing. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, where he served on Law Review and earned the American Jurisprudence Award for his work in Real Estate Financing Transactions.
