Decriminalisation of Cannabis: SA FM Interview

The department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development has released the draft of a cannabis master plan to the industry. According to the plan, hemp would be declared an agricultural crop by 2023, and amendments to drug trafficking legislation will pave the way for the commercial use of cannabis.
