Ryan Fingerhut, a former practicing attorney, has devoted himself full time to the cannabis industry since 2014. Ryan focuses on cannabis consulting, licensing and compliance – including the transfer of licenses and the ownership change process. Ryan boasts a 99% track record in license applications, with over 60 state and local cannabis licenses won in multiple states. Ryan participated directly in the management of several cannabis businesses before entering the cannabis consulting business and is is in expert in cannabis license valuation and risk issues.
Ryan Fingerhut is a licensed attorney in the State of Washington and a Graduate of the Florida State University College of Law with a certificate in International Trade Law. He has also earned a B.S. in Criminology and a cum laude B.A. in Writing with a minor in business from Florida State University.

For transactions involving the acquisition or disposition of real estate, David Leventhal is the broker of record for Global Go Realty California, Inc. David Leventhal is licensed as an attorney in California, and as a real estate broker in both California and Nevada.
Since 1991, David has administered thousands of transactions on properties aggregating in excess of one billion dollars in market value; either as a principal, lender, trustee, attorney, and/or broker. David is highly skilled in due diligence, legal research, and custom drafting of contracts for complex transactions. David has a special ability to translate creative concepts and elaborate strategies into written agreements that are easy for all parties to understand and implement.
Commencing in 2011 as legal counsel for the innovator of G-Pen (the first international celebrity-branded vape pen); and continuing thereafter in a variety of successful cannabis and hemp projects in both California and Nevada; David is ideally positioned to deliver professional broker services at the intersection of real estate and cannabis/hemp.
David graduated Cum Laude from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and dual majors in Finance and Marketing. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, where he served on Law Review and earned the American Jurisprudence Award for his work in Real Estate Financing Transactions.
Philip A. Valvardi
Phil Valvardi entered the cannabis space in 2018 and was previously the CEO of Highroad Consulting Group, a leading cannabis consultancy. Phil has spent most of his career leading innovative businesses within the highly regulated financial services industry. Immediately prior to entering the cannabis space he served as the CFO at GlobeOne, a financial technology company developing a mobile financial platform. He previously served as General Manager of the Prepaid Solutions business at Fiserv and CEO of Maverick Network Solutions, a company acquired by Fiserv. Phil also served as President of the MAC Network, one of the largest debit networks in the U.S., and has held executive positions in the payments and financial divisions of CoreStates Financial Corp., now part of Wells Fargo Bank. Phil brings his deep financial experience to Global Go Realty, where he also provides executive leadership to major client engagements.
Phil sits on the board of the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University. Phil earned his BA at Saint Joseph’s University, and his MBA at Drexel University.
Josh Lawler is a Broker of Record for Global Go Realty California and an attorney and Partner of Zuber Lawler & Del Duca. At Zuber Lawler, Josh handles M&A, finance and corporate matters for private equity groups, and public and private companies, both domestically and internationally. He has also represented leading cannabis companies for over 12 years. Josh has extensive experience with complex financing and M&A deals in the cannabis space. He personally closed half a billion dollars in cannabis deals in 2019 (as well as many deals outside of the cannabis industry). He also counsels clients on post-acquisition and post-merger integration.
Josh is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and is experienced in all areas of the process of acquiring and/or selling real property and other company assets..
Josh is a cum laude graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and earned his B.S. and B.A. from Duke University.
Client Relations Manager
Alicia Schultz has been in the cannabis space as a compliance analyst for almost 3 years, where she has used her background in biochemistry to deliver expert compliance advice and service to clients. She has served as an adjunct grader for State Cannabis Application reviews, and is an experience cannabis licensing and compliance professional with an expertise in manufacturing and testing. Prior to joining the cannabis industry she worked as a manager in traditional retail establishments and medical offices. Her years of customer service experience and years of cannabis licensing and compliance make her extremely well suited to assisting potential cannabis asset buyers and sellers in the transactional process.
Alicia holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Irvine.
