About Eddie Armstrong

Eddie brings deep expertise and intimate knowledge of the cannabis industry sector. The former minority leader of the Arkansas House of Representatives, Eddie has been at the forefront of the fight to expand the availability of cannabis. Recently serving as the campaign chairman for Arkansas Adult use Cannabis initiative in 2022.

Prior to his career as a legislator, Eddie served as Special Assistant to North Little Rock, Arkansas, Mayor Patrick Henry Hayes, providing a visible link between elected officials and the public. Acting as a liaison between constituents, city departments, and committees, he was responsible for a series of research and special projects carried out on behalf of the city government and was granted the authority to act on the mayor’s behalf on a number of occasions.
